Additionally, all financial commitments made by Users are final, with no provision for transfer or reallocation of wallet funds under any circumstances.

  1. NON-REFUNDABLE WALLET TOP-UPS
    1. Wallet funds loaded by Users onto QuickEKYC.com are deemed non-refundable under all circumstances. This policy applies to all wallet top-ups, irrespective of whether the services purchased have been utilized.
    2. Once funds are credited to the User’s wallet, they cannot be withdrawn, reversed, or transferred to another account. This ensures the integrity of service provisioning and pricing structures.
    3. Upon successful wallet top-up, the respective service plan is automatically activated based on the wallet load amount. Users are responsible for understanding the service costs and conditions associated with their selected plan before loading funds.
    4. We emphasize the importance of Users conducting a thorough evaluation of their verification requirements and understanding the non-refundable nature of wallet top-ups. By proceeding with payment, Users agree to forgo any right to a refund, even in cases where the services are not subsequently used.
  2. REFUNDS FOR PAYMENT GATEWAY ISSUES
    1. While QuickEKYC.com strives to ensure seamless service activation upon receipt of payment, there may be occasional delays or complications arising from payment processing errors or technical issues.
    2. If a User’s payment, made through the payment gateway, is delayed or not successfully processed, QuickEKYC.com adheres to the payment gateway’s policy, which may require a waiting period of 6-7 business days for issue resolution. During this time, our support team will provide guidance and updates but is not liable for delays beyond our control.
    3. In cases where payment has been confirmed but the selected plan has not activated as expected, Users should immediately reach out to our support team at support@quickekyc.com. Our team will work to resolve the issue promptly, either by ensuring service activation or providing other appropriate assistance.
  3. NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES
    1. QuickEKYC.com does not provide refunds for wallet funds, even if the services remain unused after the wallet has been topped up.
    2. Once a User loads funds into their wallet, they gain immediate access to the services specified under their chosen plan. The activation and availability of these services are considered fulfillment of the purchase agreement, making the funds non-refundable.
    3. Users are encouraged to carefully plan their service usage and assess their verification needs before loading funds into their wallet. The non-usage of services, whether due to a change in requirements or any other reason, does not entitle the User to a refund.
    4. Wallet funds have a validity of one (1) year from the date of loading. Users are responsible for utilizing the funds within this period, as any remaining balance will expire and cannot be refunded or extended.
  4. NO REFUNDS DUE TO DISRUPTIONS
    1. QuickEKYC.com’s verification services depend on third-party operators for data processing and responses. As such, we do not issue refunds for disruptions or failures caused by third-party services.
    2. In cases where verification services are affected by third-party downtime, server issues, or any failure by the third-party operators to process requests, QuickEKYC.com shall not be held responsible. These situations are beyond our control, and no refunds will be provided for any failed or delayed verification requests.
    3. Charges apply only to verification requests that receive a response status of “200” (successful) or “422” (invalid data) from the third-party service, irrespective of the validity of the documents or records being checked. Requests that fail due to third-party server downtime or internal errors are not billed but are also not grounds for a refund.
    4. By using QuickEKYC.com, Users acknowledge and accept that the reliability and performance of verification services may be influenced by third-party service operators, and agree to the terms of no refunds in such instances.
  5. REFUNDS FOR PAYMENT GATEWAY ERRORS
    1. While QuickEKYC.com does not offer refunds for wallet top-ups, specific cases related to payment gateway errors or malfunctions will be addressed under this clause.
    2. If a User's payment is delayed or fails to process correctly through the payment gateway, the resolution will be handled according to the payment gateway’s policies, typically requiring 6-7 business days. During this period, QuickEKYC.com will work in coordination with the payment gateway to resolve the issue but is not liable for the delay.
    3. If a payment has been deducted from the User's account but the service plan has not activated as expected, Users must promptly notify our support team at support@quickekyc.com. Our team will investigate the matter, provide updates, and facilitate the activation or appropriate resolution based on the situation.
    4. Users must note that even in cases of payment gateway issues, refunds are not issued directly by QuickEKYC.com. Instead, the matter is escalated to the payment gateway provider for resolution, and any refunds processed will follow the payment gateway’s refund procedures.
  6. CUSTOM PLANS AND PRICING ADJUSTMENTS
    1. QuickEKYC.com offers flexibility in service plans to cater to the varying needs of our Users. However, refunds are not provided for custom plans or adjustments in pricing.
    2. Users who require a custom service plan beyond the standard offerings will receive specific pricing and terms communicated via email or other electronic means. Once the User acknowledges and agrees to these terms, the funds loaded or paid for the custom plan are non-refundable.

    4. If a User upgrades to a higher plan, the new per-request charge will apply immediately. If a User downgrades, the lower per-request charge will be applicable to both the existing wallet balance and any new load amounts. Users should be aware that such changes do not entitle them to any form of refund or financial adjustment.
  7. SERVICE TERMINATION AND REFUND
    1. In certain circumstances, the User’s account or service may be terminated by QuickEKYC.com. This clause outlines the refund policy associated with account termination.
    2. If a User chooses to terminate their account and stop using QuickEKYC.com services, no refund will be issued for any remaining wallet balance or unused funds. Users are encouraged to use up their wallet balance before requesting account termination.
    3. If QuickEKYC.com terminates a User’s account due to violations of the terms of service, suspicious activities, or misuse of the platform (including but not limited to unauthorized automation or hacking attempts), no refund will be provided. Additionally, QuickEKYC.com reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
    4. Accounts permanently blocked due to abusive or inappropriate behavior toward QuickEKYC’s customer service team will also forfeit any remaining wallet balance without entitlement to a refund. Such actions are taken to ensure the safety and professionalism of our support environment.
    5. If an account is temporarily suspended or blocked due to security concerns or investigations into unusual activity, the wallet funds will remain non-refundable even if the investigation leads to permanent account deactivation.
  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

If an API transaction is incomplete due to unforeseen issues unrelated to third-party operators, QuickEKYC.com will ensure that the transaction is not counted towards the User’s billable requests. Users must promptly report any issues with incomplete transactions to support@quickekyc.com for review and support.
    4. Since QuickEKYC.com services are highly dependent on third-party operators, Users acknowledge that disruptions from these operators may occasionally result in incomplete verification processes. These situations do not qualify for a refund, as outlined under our dependency limitations.
